Watch Ebay: (search) Airstream: Parts & Accessories. There was a fellow who was parting out an older rig a few days ago, and he had a sink. Here's one:

eBay Motors: AIRSTREAM STAINLESS STEEL DOUBLE BASIN SINK OEM (item 320231086212 end time Mar-29-08 12:47:13 PDT)

Others come up from time to time.

Are you going to replace the counter as well?

The dumbest choice we made when we rehabbed our Minuet involved reusing the original sink.

It was in good shape and 'original' so we kept it. Problem is that it had 2 tiny bowls - neither one larger enough to hold a dinner plate. Since we replaced the counter and had to make a cut out for the sink we could have done anything.... but we didn't.

I was a dope!

I hadn't planned on it but it would open up better options as the counters would look much better.
I haven't attacked the inside of the Tt yet but am sure that will be next. one of my sink bowls appears to have had some caustic substance left in it that scored a hole right through the metal caused by the PO which was patched with aluminum tape
