Question Need new black tank & toilet for 1963 Overlander

I am ready to buy my new black tank and toilet. Was wondering if any other
Overlander owners have had a custom tank made...if so... Would like to know what company supplied the tank and if there were any problems with the install. Have not decided on a toilet manufacture/model- So curious as to what others have installed etc... Tks! Zstream

I looked in to this for my 72 Safari. The best route is to have a stainless steel tank made locally. You can also have it made from plain steel and coat it but it will only last about ten years. To have a plastic tank custom made is very expensive. Some folks have made them from fiberglass. It kind of your choice when it comes to the toilet.

Black Tank

I looked at several option for my 68 Trade Wind. I went with a direct replacement from Andy at Inland. It was expensive no doubt. When I figured time and trouble of making something else work, it seemed like the way to go.
