Question Need info on replacing shower fan-fold door in MH

Hi everyone!

I have searched the forums and can't believe I can't find anything on this. It must be out there and I am just missing it somehow.

Our '84 310 Limited MH has a plastic/vinyl/??? fan-fold door on the shower. It is old and is starting to fall apart. I really do NOT want to go to a shower curtain and would like to replace this old door if possible. Anyone have any suggestions? Is it possible to buy one new or, barring all else, would a bath shop be able to make me one?

I know I can't be the only one out here with this problem!

Thank you for any help!

Susan

Not sure how to replace original, but Camping World has fan-fold shower doors as part of assemblies...

Look at: Pleated Shower Door - Camping World

They also offer a retracting flat poly shower "screen" that rolls away into a cannister.. Used on a number of newer motorhomes and campers.

Look at: Shower/Tub Screen - Camping World

Thanks, Condoluminum! I will have to look into both of those options. I like the retractable screen idea!
