Moen shower faucet model number

Does anyone know the model number of the shower faucet used in the 2012 Serenity?
Ours isn't working and I can't find the model number in any of our paper work.
Thanks
Debbie

Same problem just developed in our new to us 2010 27FB Classic. At first it would not turn off. I took apart the plastic front and moved things around, reassembled and now it turns off, but there is no hot water.

I found MOEN paperwork for everything except the shower valve.

I have gotten a little ways into it thanks to this video.

This is the part you need.

Shop Moen Plastic Tub/Shower Repair Kit for Moen Posi-Temp Faucets at Lowes.com

Lowes here has it in stock and I am going to get it now.

The replacement was very easy and it works fine. Just a little anxious and $40. This would have been a royal PIA if we had been on the road, but we were home when it failed.

After putting the new one in I got a little medieval with the old one and took it apart. It had jammed on new plumbing type debris in the lines and broke a little piece of plastic in the cartridge. This is a result of poor QC in the original assembly.

So far on this three year old, but never been used camper, I have had two light fixtures fail, and improperly installed A/C which could have been serious but wasn't and trash in the plumbing jamming up the valves. I will get through this.
