Mildew in bathroom

This is a new 2015 FC 28. I'm getting a fine black powder (assume mildew) forming in corner of bathroom on the aluminum molding towards the brown vertical molding along the skin. Hopefully pic transmits although I've cleaned it up before taking pic. Is this a symptom of bigger problem? How do you eliminate?Click image for larger version

Hi, I don't see mildew as in black powder, but metal to metal rubbing [ aluminum] can make a black powder.

Looks like aluminum dust. Have you balanced your running gear? Rough roads? Hook up the trailer, put your cell phone in the bathroom on "video record".. Drive over usual road, stop and review. Another option would be a phone to phone video so you can watch under way.
