low water pressure

My water pressure is low and the water pump when activated goes on forever. I assume that I have a leak somewhere but can't find a water leak. What should I do?

JC Do you have low pressure when hooked up to city water. If not then maybe the problem is the one way or check valve at the city water connection. It is meant to stop water from flowing back out of the coach when using the water pump. A few other spots to check are the pressure relief valve and the drain plug on the water heater. I'm not familiar with your unit but if you have low point drains to drain water out of the system to winterize they may be leaking out. Low point drains are usually located on the floor inside a cabinet and drain right outside on the ground. Check all these points because if you don't see water leaking inside youe unit it may be leaking outside. I hope this helps.

Some systems have a tap you can open to fill your tank, when hooked to city water. If that tap is slightly open your pump will run with low pressure.
