My first reaction was put a new washer in the darned thing, but then I remembered that these are two handle faucets and have a very low rise - so low that you can't use a tall glass and get under it, and no way could you wash your hair in the sink (not that you'd ordinarily want to) but it even interferes with hand washing your delicate stuff.
There's nothing "Airstream" about any faucet, just pick up a good one handle high rise one from any big box store. DO be aware that you might have to fiddle with replacement lines too. Oh and do seriously consider getting one where the plug fits into the sink drain and is pulled up and turned directly from the drain. (see current model year bathroom drains) No nice little behind the faucet lever that will inevitably break because the drain isn't at the BACK of the sink like a normal bathroom sink. It'll be a bit of extra work to putty in a new drain with integrated plug, but it will last for years longer than the other kind.
