I want to save my 1965 Caravel SaniWare toilet.......

I really want to use this toilet. I know some pieces are melted or missing. Does anyone know if I really need the piece on the top? If anyone has any replacement parts, I would Love them! Thanks for your help!

Unfortunately, Saniware parts have been history for over 30 years.

What does that part do? The toilets are pretty simple, water in, flapper to let the water out. Mine doesn't have anything that sticks up above the bowl like that.

Well, I'm hoping someone has one they want to part with. Maybe I can use some of their parts and put this one back together. What does the vacuum breaker do on the top of the toilet?

Thanks Stephanie Ours seems to have everything it needs to work, just a part on top is melted. Our trailer was caught in a barn fire at some point, but managed to escape!
