hot water flow in shower tapers off

I turn on my shower and the water comes out nicely. But in about a minute, the hot water flow becomes a trickle. The water coming out at the shower hose connector is hot. Anyone else have this problem? The hot water doesn't do this at either of my sinks.

Disconnect the shower head from the hose and run the hot water. If it flows freely then your shower head is probably clogged. If it doesn't, then I would take a look at the cartridge behind the shower control.

I kinda had a similar thing happen to us on our last trip. I had turned on the hot water tank and even the propane so the wife could take a good hot shower. We had been using it for dishes, etc. so I thought all would be OK. Wife yells out NO hot water, what did you do. I could not believe it. Figured she probably did not turn it right so I go in to show her what to do. Nope, she had it right, you could start to feel some warm water, but that's it. If you turn the handle to cold, you had good pressure, but when turned to hot, it would slow way down and barely be warm. Checked hot line going in, it was hot. Tried taking it apart, but could not really get anywhere with it so just but it back together and figured, let me try reversing the lines going in and see what happens. Well, it worked. something in the valve was sticking I guess and reversing the lines or half way taking it apart did the trick. I since have put the lines back the right way and all is good. The trailer had sat for over a year without being used, so that could of been why the valve got stuck. Hope yours is as easy to fix

Try removing the shower head from the hose. After removing the head see if you get good flow and temperature control through just the hose. If so the shower head is the problem.

Generally I would say dirt from the hot water heater is in the head but that would not be effected by the run duration and would effect both hot and cold flow.

I'm guessing this is it, too - the sink in our B190 used to give me fits regularly with similar problems. I eventually realized that it's very sensitive to where the outlet holes in the cartridge are relative to the spout, and similar things.
