Excellent Moen Faucets Customer Service

I have a Moen faucet in our TT. It has the single handle with separate spout that raises and is fed by a hose. The handle would turn the water on, but I had to push the top of the fixture down manually to shut it off as the handle didn't work.

I went to a home improvement store to see what it needed, and the salesperson gave me a toll-free customer support number, (800)321-6636 and told me that it probably needed a new cartridge, but that the cartridge is lifetime warranted and Moen would ship it at no cost.

I called the Moen support number, got in queue, left my name and number and they called back in 30mins. As it turned out, it wasn't the cartridge at all. Someone had disassembled the faucet and incorrectly reassembled it. Five minutes on the phone with the customer service person with a screwdriver in hand, and we're back in business good as new.

Kudos to Moen customer support.

Roger

moens products

That's why I have Moens in my house and now in my motorhome....as a plumbers son, who complained about having to help Dad instead of playing ball all of the time, then who escaped to college so I didn't have to to plumbing, it seems someone has reminded me again that Dad taught me , once again, more than I thought. jem
