Elkay faucet replacement suggestions?

Without bothering you with the details of why I don't like it, the fact remains that I don't like the standard Elkay model 7120 that came in our 2011 27FB Int'l. I just put it back together for about the fifth or sixth time. Sorry, but it's a lousy choice for this type of installation.

Now I think I would like to replace it with something more suitable, and am wondering if any other AS owners have changed that to another type of fixture. Anyone found a galley faucet they like for that little round sink?

by the way, I found the issue with the factory installed Elkay. The problem with it was that several parts were left out of the installation. The big flat washer that holds it steady and upright, for example.
