Dometic 310 water leak

Good morning. We put a Dometic 310 in our 2009 27FB in November as an upgrade from the old plastic OEM toilet. We're on a multi-month trip and we've started seeing water seeping out from under the base. A little research here indicates this is a design flaw and there is no fix as the leak is between the porcelain and plastic parts. Before we get home and I pull the toilet to investigate I thought I would be hopeful that someone has found a solution. We love the toilet and tight quarters don't give us many options for other models.

Thanks in advance for your collective wisdom.

Unfortunately I have had this happen and there is no fix. Dometic "glues" the hardware inside the bottom of the porcelain bowl and then assembles, if the bowl and pedestal are treated just slightly rough, it will break and leak between the the two.
Sorry, & Good luck!
