67' Globetrotter Toilet Question

Removed the toilet today in preparation of a new floor and found this. I couldn't tell if this is one piece or if its so rusted and dirty that it looks like one piece. I tried to pry the ring up but it felt like it was all once piece that was attached to the black water tank. That can't be right? I want to clean this area up and replace this flange. Is it just rusted in place?

Thank you.

It unscrews. Make sure you have all the screws that hold it to the floor removed. You may have to use a hammer and screwdriver in the get it loose but it will unscrew. There is a short nipple that connects the closet flange to the black tank. Take care and if they are not cracked you can clean them up and reuse them. If you break it you can purchase a new toilet flange at any ACE Hardware, or they can get it. It is threaded and the normal ones in use in home are not.
