66' ring under toilet seat

Need your help guys - I searched the threads but cannot find any info on replacing a cracked plastic toilet seat ring, it is directly below the toilet seat and rests on top of the bench. Here is a photo if what I'm trying to replace.

I would be surprised if you can still find one. You might consider fiber-glassing the one that is there. If you glass it you can color the final coating and no one will ever know.
