'64 Bambi II Kitchen Sink Removal
I started to rip and tear into the Bambi II interior gutting today after a long, long summer of rebuilding a little Scotty trailer for a friend.
I got the main kitchen cabinet pretty well on its way out, the stove is out, and the fridge is getting loose. In order to see what else I need to do with the fridge, I would like to get the counter out.
I can get at the brackets holding the sink in, but I cannot figure out how to disconnect the sink drain from the seemingly very permanent main drain pipe that runs to the tank. Everything seems to be glued up...not sure how to (unscrew??) the sink drain from the pipe.
Any ideas? Perhaps going at it fresh tomorrow will help. This is all going pretty quickly, thanks, I think, the the tiny nature of a Bambi II.
Thanks!
Ben
