1974 Argosy rear bath shower line leak. Help!

I have a leak in my 1974 Argosy rear bath shower supply lines. Looks like I might have to remove some plastic paneling to access the lines and do some repairs.
Has anyone out there had to do this? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Picstures would be helpful. In my Argosy I had to remove the molding that goes above the faucet, remove the screws holding the panel the faucet is behind, and pull the panel away from the wall enough to get at the fixture. I was replumbing mine, so I used flex lines long enough to go behind the panel and connect to hot and cold water lines under the sink. Good luck.
