1960 safari shower faucet and rail question

Hi
I have a few questions as a newbie here. Thanks in advance for your help!
I have a unique layout in my bathroom that i am not finding drawn up anywhere so I think my trailer had custom features for the build. My bathroom sink and bath/shower share the same faucet. I am wondering what people will suggest ideas of how I might attach the faucet to the wall for a shower so I am not having to hold it with on hand all the time?
Also I have this rail above the shower that I assume is to allow for a curtain but how would I attach that?

Thanks!!

Solution found for the curtain rail

FYI for those looking needing a solution I found clips at VTS and had to slightly modify them with a dremel to fit the opening. I then used small s hooks I modified to attach the curtain. Here is to a dry bathroom during a shower!
