What is this part

Hello everyone, I have searched and cannot find out what this part is with the yellow band on it is. It's on the cold water side and the flaired fitting on the right stubs through the belly pan as if its a drain. Is it the back flow preventer I read about. Thanks Robert

That part is Airstream's 111 high pressure pop off valve.

In time, they can start to leak.
