Here are some pictures from my recent installation.

As you can see I reused the original door, though it is heavily modified using some parts from the new door that came with the hot water heater.

I fully agree with the observations made by most of the posters above. The 6 gal is more than adequate for the typical user. DSI would be a high priority, IMO. The 120 AC option would be a nice-to-have, but not nearly as important as DSI. I installed the Atwood mostly because I found the best purchase price, but the Suburban is very comparable.

When I posted the pictures last night I realized I had none of the outer door in its final form. You will see that I added additional CamLoc's to hold the door tight to the body when closed. That worked pretty well.
