water pump recommendations?

I need to replace the water pump on my 1960 Traveler. There are several available on e-bay but I'm not sure what brand is best, how many amps, gmp, etc.

Can anybody recommend a good one that won't bankrupt me more than this little trailer already has?

You'll need to figure out if you have the original water tank (they came either galvanized or aluminum) OR if it has been replaced. If it's original, you likely have a pressurizing pump. If the tank has been replaced you likely have the kind of pumps you can get on ebay. A photo of the tank and pump would be helpful.
Good Luck.

It had the galvanized tank that looked like a torpedo. We have taken it out and will be putting in a new tank.

Is any brand better than another?

I put a Shurflo in my TW and it works well. PPL had a good price on it.

ShurFlo Whisper King.

We have one in each trailer. They work very well, and are nearly silent.
