Ganglin,

The same thing happened to me, my unit had a by-pass on it, and I took it off, 2 days later...wet floor. I have not replaced it yet but took some advise and called down to camping world in BG KY and they have scratch and dents on the floor. The day I called they had seven 10 gal gas only for $106.00. All carry the new warranty. Typically it is the outside door that is messed up but you will want to use your old one anyway. Check them out.

Dave

I know this is a very old thread, but would you still recommend this hot water heater? What about for a 1978 31' Sovereign?
