Spark plug wire???

I have a 1987 290 with an Atwood Hot water heater. If you open the outside lid and look at the unit there is an orange thick wire that looks just like a Spark plug wire on one side and has a flat blade female recepter on the other side. About 6 inches long. The spark plug side goes to the control board and the flat blade receptor goes to the , well I don't know what it goes to! Trying to explain this long distance to a supply house. Does anyone know what this spark plug looking wire is called? Eric

I'd call it the high voltage lead from the board to the ignitor.
