sink pump repair

I am restoring a 1948 Airstream Trailwind, that is pretty much in original condition. The original pump faucet, part of a really neat aluminum galley, is not functioning. Does anyone have a repair source, or perhaps the name of the original manufacturer? I'd appreciate any and all information. Gene
