Thanks for posting this. Super Trouper was looking for a blue switch. This should make him happy.

Thank you!

Thank you for the lead on the LED min-rockers. I installed a red one, perfect fit. Yes, I had to reverse the green and yellow wires to assure the led was on only when running and I had to use an automotive splice on the black ground, with a wire and lug to terminal 3 on the switch.
Works like a charm!

Larry

...I'm going to install the Radio Shack LED wired to the leads to the pump.
The LED will be easily visible as I conduct my prelaunch checklist, and the LED won't know that I have two, three-way switches.
It will only know that it has power.
Thanks nickmeloy!

We had Airstreamed over seven years, and the last five of them full-timing, when we learned not to leave our water pump switch on on driving days. 50ish miles of Top of the World highway from Dawson City YT toward Eagle AK, we stopped for a pee break. Water was pouring out along the entire curb side of the trailer.

The bumpy road had bounced the lav faucet open a bit. It wouldn't have been much a problem but for three things-- the same bumpy road bounced closed the lav pop-up drain; we were heading for a dry-camping site for several nights; and we also had left both FFs open and one was pulling the extremely dust air into the trailer as fast as it could.

Net effect, we had 1/2 the fresh water tank emptied, 20 gallons of our good water was now in the gray tank or on the floor and pouring out. And, we had a giant mud pan in the trailer and dry dust everywhere else inside. We spent our wedding anniversary removing everything from the trailer, cleaning and drying everything, and putting it all back together.

We are pretty good about keeping the pump switch OFF on driving days, you betcha!

Jim
