pump runs, but no pressure?

Just de-winterized our (new to us) 01 Bambi in preparation for our first Airstream camping trip. Filled the freshwater tank, turned on the water pump, and heard the pump humming along. Never generated any pressure though...? Disconnected the intake side from the freshwater tank, turned the pump on. Still humming nicely, but not creating any vacuum.

Do I need to prime this guy or what the heck am I missing here?

Thanks in advance,

If you have a valve to winterize with, it may be in the wrong position. It should be located just before the input to the pump. If not that, you could disconnect the input line to the pump and see if you have suction at that point.
