No Hot Water in 2018 FC 25FBT
Need Help. Currently my new 2018 FC 25FBT has no hot water. I have been on the road for 2 weeks at various locations, and never needed hot water until today. Running on propane, the hot water heater ignites the propane flame and burns good for 30 minutes. I have Good hot water in the 6 gal tank as confirmed by opening the release valve.
Just not getting that hot water to the sinks or showers. Hot side of each sink runs warm for 5 seconds and then goes cold. Hot side has much lower pressure than cold. Currently hooked up to city water at 45psi. I checked the manual and it's very weak on water heater and plumbing specifics.
Any ideas or recommendations to get hot water on this Airstream.

It could be the mixing valve. I also have a 2018 and had the same problem. I deconstructed my dinette to get to the back of the heater.
Disconnect the water lines then unscrew it from the heater. There is a very fine mesh screen that was plugged with crud from the heater. I rinsed, then soaked it in vinegar before reinstalling.
It’s fine now, but may be a yearly maintenance item unless I install an inline filter before it.

Look at back of water heater from inside the coach, wherever that is located. Make sure the winterizing bypass valve is not closed. It's usually a yellow valve. Should be "inline" with the pipe. This is assuming the trailer is new to you and you've never needed hot water yet. If you've been using it and just suddenly stopped getting hot water, then see recommendation to check mixing valve.

It was the mixing valve on the back of the water heater. I have purchased a new Atwood mixing valve from local RV dealer, and that fully fixed the problem. Want to thank everyone for their good advice.
Apparently, the screens on the old mixing valve are just so fine, that any minor crystalization will plug the hot water entry from the heating chamber. The newer screens are more coarse and far less prone to blockage. I do think cleaning these screens could be an annual maintenance item, and will be especially easy for those who winterize their trailers.
Here are the plugged screens on old mixing valve, compared to the coarse screens on the new mixing valve.

Howdy Folks - we are currently on our first shakedown outing in out 2019 Globetrotter, and we have no hot water on electric or gas. We checked the breakers, the fuses, and the long fuse outside, and we tried a direct connect with the brown wire to bypass the outside long fuse - no luck with any of them. We don't get a red light in the bathroom when we turn on either the electric or gas switch (or both). The yellow bypass switch under the sink is inline, and I opened the pressure relief valve to verify that there's water. We are on 50 amp power. Any other quick fix ideas?
Thanks
