Marine solar point of use water heater

I'm looking to replace our old Atwood, wanting to do what I can to be off the grid and not reliant on hook ups, and I found this site Solar Water Heaters
I've sent them an email to see how they might configure a system for an RV (they're doing it for sailboats). I'm thinking that there could be a non-powered storage tank, super insulated, maybe a heat exchanger so the solar loop is glycol filled, not water. Its a cheaper alternative, it'll be interesting to see what they're stated performance range is- rainy days might not be so great.
