Location: Water heater bypass valve?

I have a 2014 25' Flying Cloud Front Bed Twin. Does anyone know the location of the water heater bypass valve?

Bypass valve location.

I suppose the next question might be, "Is there a bypass valve on this AS?"

I have a 2014 bunkhouse - on mine it's just behind the hot water tank - it's a yellow handled valve you rotate

Not sure about your unit though

I'm pretty sure it's under the lavatory sink (the bottom cabinet that does not have a handle but that does have a hinge.) It's the yellow valve as PharmGeek mentioned.

There is no additional cabinet in this model. I have already searched the entire enclosure under the lavatory area.

Can you reach it from the curbside outside access? Because you have the twin bed setup.

If it is there, I haven't been able to find it. I have felt as well as I can reach all around the water heater and still no luck. I would hate to believe I would have to remove the plywood under the curbside mattress to find it, but it may be there, which would likely be on the street side of the heater. If that is where it is, I would not think well of the designer/builder. BTW, I love the Penticton valley area. Rode a lot of miles up there when I was "biker trash." Stay warm this winter.

We're heading south We have the queen bed and of course the small cupboard on the right which has the removable board at the bottom where the bypass is. Now I am starting to wonder myself so I will go out and confirm, but all you have to do is see where the water heater grill is on the outside and it will be that distance from your access. Is there an access at the end of the bed closest to the bathroom? Maybe just a small access port?

Will, just double checked and that's exactly where it should be. With your bed arrangement it will be right next to the bathroom wall. There's got to be an access either from the top or side.

It is just behind the water heater- however you get there in your particular trailer.
In my trailer it is under the bathroom sink, but there is that panel in the bedroom that covers the water heater. Your valve may be under that cover.

Cool Water heater bypass valve

In my 2014 25flying cloud rear twin bed , the valve is basically behind( to the inside ) of the water heater and not accessible from the outside. In the cabinet beneath the port side bed is a disc that unscrews. This exposes the back side of the water heater. The valve is not directly visible but just around the corner once you get your hand in the hole . Valve is yellow and turns 90 degrees. It took me awhile to find it as well!

I have your AS, just a year earlier. Your bypass valve is located toward the front and UNDER the roadside twin bed. It's just ONE hole. NOTE, The NEW water heater has only ONE bypass valve, not three like the old ones. Check it out in your camper literature. I took my AS to Jackson Center in order to learn this! Good luck!

I have the 2015 twin front bed cloud
if you lift the mattress on the curb side, there is a small hole in the plywood. With a flashlight you can see the back of the water heater. Stick your hand in there and reach directly down and at the bottom-almost hidden from view, is the yellow valve which you then turn. Took me a while to find that too.
On the outside, in the compartment next to the water heater is valve you turn to drain the pipes but don't forget to close that when pouring in pink!
