Location of water heater bypass

Don't mean to be ignorant, but can someone tell me where the water heater bypass is on a '84 Soveriegn '27? Also, could use some help figuring out two small valves located just downstream from city water intake. Are they to isolate fresh water tank? If not, what do they do? Thanks for any help!

I don't know about the 84 sovereign but on my 92 sovereign the water bypass is under the bed. (terrible location) I had it for several years before I found that it had a water bypass valve. The two valves you mentioned may be the hot and cold water drain valves. They are helpful to winterize your unit.

On both my '03 Bambi and '04 Safari, it was located under the bed. It ususally, I have found on at least the newer units (that I have seen), is near the water heater.
