The roof was painted with industrial Imron 3500 HG.

It is good stuff.

I'm just about ready to buy the tankless heater Quick question tho on the adventure rv site they have one with a "winter use device". I don't live in snow country but would this be a good investment just in case the temp drops and/or resale value? Thanks for your opinion!

Yes, and make sure you get the model with the adjustable temp knob. Makes controlling the temp much better.

Thanks for the quick reply Silver! My old 6 gallon was leaking like crazy :/ so now I have a big hole in the side of my trailer. I figured it's better to let it air out and tape it up until I install the replacement... it may leak in the time it takes to replace it, but at least it won't be as much as before!

Funny story... I took out my 6 gallon only to find out that was not the source of my leaks! Actually I had several suspicious places that looked like water was getting in from the exterior. I've addressed those issues but also went ahead and got the Girard tankless heater. I haven't installed it (gutted the plumbing and going to go the PEX route) so I can't give a review yet, but I have a water heater if anyone is interested! haha! I'll report back when I have the plumbing in (and a shower!)
