First time water system suggestions

I'm looking to buy the plumbing supplies for my 48 Liner budget DIY project. Any suggestions on who makes the best water heater, water pump, toilet? This will get occasional use. Thanks for any advice.

For big components stay with name brands Dometic, Atwood , Thetford. You will always be better off I think . I would also consider the brand offered by your local dealer/ his choice for parts availability. Keep in mind dealers change suppliers. Alot of people have used faucets and such from Home depot or lowes or ace ect.... good luck

Thanks for the reply mustang. I'm looking at a 6 gallon Suburban water heater, Thetford toilet and not sure on the water pump. I'm trying not to over think this whole deal but only want to do it once if possible!

SHURflo is a very common water pump. I would suggest installing a SHURflo Accumulator after the pump to reduce the number of cycles the pump goes through when drawing water.

As for pluming fittings consider Sea Tec fittings for any place you may want to remove in the future, water heater, pump, and tanks. They are a bit expensive but great to work with and easy to reopen for service.
