Changed water pump in 2015 FC25
And what an almighty ball ache it was. List time...
*Yay - I too have upside down picture issues... soz.. *
1. There was no space to work in.
2. could not remove the shelf above the pump or the shelf the pump was on.
3. the water filter was upside down
The hose on the inlet was bent in half and wedge against the side of the cabinet, probably the chief source of noise..
So eventually I got the old flojet out and put new Shurflo (Revolution 4008-101-E65) in. The rubber feet on the shurflo are more substantial.
Pretty sure the 25RB floor plan has the worst access to everything... It is very frustrating!!! It took me about an hour of faffing, I am sure in ANY other trailer it is a 15 min job!!!
Anyhow.
New pump works like a champ, much quieter and less pulsing, you can see the inlet hose on the right side still looks pinched so will have to replace...
My advice to other complaining about the pump noise is simple, check your plumbing first!!

It took some doing but I removed the board and the little shelf it was mounted to. I replaced the white hoses with stainless steel one from Home Depot. I mounted mine to the underside of the cabinet above with through bolts.

How did you remove the board? I took the 4 screws out and it was still rock solid...!!??
New hoses will happen after this next trip...

It was an ordeal for sure. There are 2 screws way back against the wall and it I remember right there was also a clamp holding either wiring or pex. I was thoroughly done in and quite bloodied. Be careful not to drop anything into the abyss as there are sharp aluminum pieces down there that will tear your arm to shreds.

Mine notices when the pump is noisy due to the cussing and swearing coming from somebody...
Ours will get noisy again after a move or if the pump gets out of adjustment.
Print this out and keep it with your gold.

I just replaced mine on 2014 25FC, so was the same ordeal.
The replacement pump (Revolution) has a shorter nose than the one being replaced so I could not use the same screw holes. Made up a drilling template and was able to drill pilot holes. Used hex head sheet metal screws and fender washers instead of the Phillips screws, which strip their heads too easily.
Didn't have to do any repositioning of hoses but I like the idea of replacing with stainless braided hose.

Hmmmm....and I thought changing the water pump in the 2014, 23' International Serenity we own. Yes the space was sadly (almost) nonexistent......not nearly as that reported on the 25' unit. Bravo for doing it and succeeding. And thank you for the "misery loves company" moment.

Yeah on all the other Airstreams it is easy.
Just curious. Did you consider the silencer kit? Mine was really noisy vibrating and the silencer kit took care of it. It still pulses. The on/off pump sound is still there but no vibration which in my case was the worst sound

I have a 2016 FC RB. Exactly where the is the water pump? Wardrobe? Bathroom? I want to take a look at this. After reading this thread I hope I get a few years out of the pump.

Great question. I have a 2016 FC rear twin and was ignored when I emailed this question among others to the dealer. The manual tells where other pumps are located in 25 FCs but not the rear bed models.
Any guidance appreciated.

There is a furnace vent under the hall wardrobe. Grab the bottom of the panel and pull. The pump is in there.
