Angry Atwood Electric Start wont stay on

I have an Atwood Electronic ignition. It starts up just fine and stays on for a while then dies. The water gets hotter than hell. Then my Electronic swith is red when I got into the bathroom (where the switch is at) and I have to restart it.

I've replaced the board and the pressure relief valve.

What esle is wrong? This is starting to drive me nuts.

I had a similar problem on my 85 31 ft excella. I replaced both of the temperature sensors-a small kit avail at most rv supply stores-around $20.00-once the old ones were off, I used a "scotch brite" type of scouring (sp?) pad to clean the spot where the sensors lie against the tank, to ensure very good contact. Since that change out, hwh has worked flawlessly.

Sounds like that would work. I thought the thing was too hot in the first place. So dah, were are the temperature sensure located? I encased my hwh in styrofoam.
