any way to set water temperature in an Atwood HW heater?

Hi There.
I finaly shoe-horned a newer 10 Gallon Atwood DSI into the '63 and tested it today.
It all works, maybe a little to well, that water comes out HOT!
I have small kids so would like to modify it to shut off at 120 degrees.
Also wouldnt mind saving the propane a little to by going with a lower temp.
Has anyone had any luck in this mod?
Like putting a resister in series or parralell with the temp sensor or something sneaky like that?

I know what you mean. The water practically comes out of the faucet boiling. My Suburban 10 gallon WH has an adjustment at the unit and its set to the second to the lowest setting. I would think Atwood's would have a similar adjustment. Maybe time for the manual?

The 6 gallon Atwood in my 75 TW has a lever that is located on top and behind the control unit. Slide it left for cooler water and right for hotter. When at the mark at dead center it is "just right".
