15gal residential water heater - remove

"73 Sovereign
So PO had a small, electric, home water heater back in the little closet by toilet. I want to remove and put in an "RV" 6 or 10gal, or even tankless - gas/electric for flexibility.
I can't see how in the world they jammed this thing in there! Whatever they did, it was a good job of putting it back together because I cant see evidence of new rivets or misalignment. I know panels/shelves have to come out to remove it but not sure what exactly to remove.

Want to redo bath floor anyway to deal with rear sag/separation.

All done! just started drilling rivets, labeling, videoing everything. That bathroom comes apart pretty quickly.

I'll get some pics up here. I kept on drilling rivets and pulling things out. This turned into ripping out the whole bathroom! Done in about 4.5 hrs. Found some interesting "repairs" done before.
...Sweet iced tea break....
