Which holding tank should I order

The place I wish to place a grey water tanks is 35x24x9. I have found a couple of options that fit that space. One is smaller and leaves ample clearance. the other is larger and fits two dimensions exactly. Which one should I choose or if you know of another tank that fits better, I would appreciate it.

small - 30 x 20 x 8 Holding Tank 15-H364
large - - Plastic-Mart -

I have asked this in a couple of other threads, but either people have not seen it or are unwilling to chime in. I have seen others talk about ordering tanks. What criteria did they use? How much clearance should I leave for sensors and insulation and to prevent rubbing and anything else I should consider?
