Waste tank pan on 1973 Land Yacht

This is my first Air Stream and my first forum. I just picked up a 1973, 31', rear bath Sovereign with the hopes of getting this on the road by next year. After pulling out about 20 gallons of debris from beneath the bottom skin, I discovered that I need to have a new tank pan made for the waste tank. The old one was so bad that I can't even get reliable measurements from it to have a new one made up. Has anybody replaced one of these and would you be willing to share dimensions and/or advice for this project?

I just recently purchased a 1972 land yacht sovereign, is your waste tank located outside skin underneath? I found a great connection on and airstream (Seattle)
I'm learning each day! I'm hoping once I receive my owners manual I can
Get more infor. Should be any day. I will let you know size once I get manual.
