Valterra rubber gasket

I have just installed 2 new tanks in my 65 Ambie.I checked for leaks today and discovered all was sound except a drip on the 1 1/2 inlet on the Valterra assembly. The 3' does not leak, but where the inlet for 1 1/2 in.side bolts to the blade it does.Could I have lost a gasket? Is there supposed to be a rubber ring on both sides of the small blade or just on one side?
