I would explore cutting an access panel in the belly pan.

Ordinary people built it...so ordinary people should be able to fix it.
You might wish to go to the airstream.com website and download the plumbing manual to get an idea of the pipe routings and surrounding structure. Chances are you don't have to remove the shower entirely, but only remove an adjacent wall or cabinet to get beneath to make the repair and dry it out.
If the floor really is rotten from a long-term leak...well, then yes , you'll likely want to remove a lot more to replace at least that section of flooring, but beware... lots of folks get into those sort of repairs and have a difficult time deciding exactly where to stop removing old stuff and end up disgusted or doing large-scale renovations.
Beware of just letting anyone do the work, also. There's a so-called RV repair place that specializes in Airstreams near me and he's got at least 50 or so trailers disassembled and it looks like lots of work is sitting there unfinished. Don't let someone tear it apart and then let it become a stationary object.
