i have a 68 26' overlander and i am re-configuring the interior - i am designing a rear bed setup w/24x32" shower on curb side and toilet on other side with a 36" wide walkthru to get to the bed..
both the shower and toilet front of the trailer side walls will be placed right at the point the rear portion of the plastic wheel well hit the floor.
i haven't removed any of the belly pan yet to investigate the underside.
i will want to get my shower drain over to the toilet side - are there any pass thru's(openings) in the frame in this area of the frame?(about 16" from the most rear portion of the wheel well) OR, is there room between the belly pan and frame rails for the 2" drain pipe to travel?
No holes to get you thru the frame. You have to set up so that the drain is outside the frame rails……or have the drain tubing below the belly pan.

The two main frame rails are solid and run from front to back. The cross braces between the rails do have pass throughs. The outriggers which extend approx 10" outside each rail also do. This will allow you to run lines from your drain to tank either inside the rails or outside, but the only way to cross the rails is from above your floor, or below the belly pan.
Pic of my 1970 frame, yours would be the same.
