My 73' Argosy came with a few sewer fittings. But the large "O" rings are shot. Being in the boonies, no one in town has them this large. Aren't they a standard ring??
I checked online at a couple places with no luck.
I hate to toss perfectly good fittings for lack of an "O" ring or two.
If you know the size, individuals can purchase o-rings from full-line suppliers such as McMaster-Carr, or a specialty vendor like allorings.com. I've used them both.
Are you talking about O-rings or the gasket in the Thetford hose fitting? If it's the Thetford, I have looked in the big cities and cannot find a standard replacement. You're lucky if you can find them at big RV places. I usually find them at mom and pop RV places that have been around for more than 20 years.

I certainly feel your pain. Folks sometimes say that I should just hop down to Home Depot (Lowe's, etc) or the RV outfit or whatever. Yeah, right. The nearest Home Depot is right at 80 miles away; the nearest RV outfit -- a very small one -- is 100 miles; and the full-service RV outfits are 160 miles away.
Most auto parts stores sell an O ring kits. That is they sell you a 5 foot lond o ring material and glue and you make your own. This kit normaly has about 4 or 5 diffrent zizes of o rings. If your parts store does not have it try to get them to order it. I belive Gates rubber and few others make this kit.
