Question New tanks around wheel wells?

I'm just researching various layout ideas for a full rehab but wanted to see if anyone had located their tanks on the floor just for and aft of the wheel wells?

I had initially assumed that I would have all the tanks under the floor. However I wanted to get some idea of just how much the balance of the trailer would be affected if I were to install 4 tanks (2 fresh, 1 black, 1 grey) each of about 30 gallons in the above locations.

My assumptions are:
-that the fresh tanks are forward and the grey and black are aft.
-tanks are less than 18" tall
-black matter is handled by Vacuflush (utilizes a remote black tank)
-grey is pumped so no flow slope needed
-no tank heaters would be needed
-tanks and plumbing would remain quite readily accessible
-centre bath layout
-the frame would still be modified for strength but could retain the original crossmember layout
-mostly retains the vintage belly pan profile

I guess I'm asking if having 400 plus pounds of 'liquid' above the floor but near the axles will be much different to having it spread out below the floor in tanks say 6" deep?

Any ideas most welcome....
