new gray tank

Where should the inlet be on the added gray tank for the water.
I am concerned about how to set up the drain from the shower and sinks to the gray tank that was not there previously.Does the shower or bath need to be raised for draining?I am thinking the drain pipe was lower than a gray tank would be.

So the question is-- Where are you putting the gray tank?

I slung mine under the floor, between the cross-members. The shower and rear bath vanity drains tee together under the floor, run through the openings in the frame cross-members, and dump into the top of the gray tank. Essentially, the drains run at the same level as before, but rather than running on the previous open path which was acceptable in 1963, now it is collected in the gray tank.

Does that help at all? If not, ask more questions!

Marcus,
I have to go back and look at my pics, but I think the drains all ran on top of the floor on the 65.If that's the case I can run as before, mount the tank between the rails flush with the floor and drop in from the top through the floor.
