Not always...
Our "in" hole at the top of the tank is somewhat lined up with our "out" hole at the bottom - so at least in our tank it would have a pretty good chance of going right into the "chute" out of the trailer. The only complicating factor would be the dump valve slot...I suppose a chain or small diamond could get caught up there.

I had that too. I've seen some pretty horrible things, during my military career, but I wouldn't want to see what would happen, if I were to mention Brooke sagging anywhere!
