Looking for sewer termination cap. Can only seem to find 3 inch but it seems to take
1988 345 classic motor home airstream of course....

It's probably a Thetford cap that is slightly larger than a standard Valterra type cap which is more common. Try this...http://www.vintagetrailersupply.com/...ings_s/106.htm

If the pipes are white, then the fittings are Thetford, if black, then Valterra.
