holding tank removal. help!!!!!!

i just purchased a 74 argosy 22 ft on ebay this weekend and the seller told me everything was fine on the trailer and in good working order. well the first thing that's wrong is the black water tank is leaking. theycut parts of the belly pan and sprayed foam insulation every where. i guess they thought this would stop the leak then they patched where they cut into the pan with cheap tin. it's a mess. i also noticed the bathroom floor is soft. my question is how does the tank come out and would this be a time to replace or repair the floor?

Trailerking:

If your 1974 is like my 1976 your black tank is ABOVE YOUR FLOOR, just below the toilet.

Remove the toilet and the aluminum and fiberboard framing around the tank.

Remove the belly pan at the rear to undo the drainage. Lift the tank out.

I replaced my 10 gallon black with a 14 gallon black BELOW the floor. I didn’t like the toilet sitting up on a throne. Having a nice flat floor opens up the tiny rear bath space.

You will need to replace the plywood floor. I treated mine, which was in perfect shape, with West System Epoxy and then covered it with the same wall-to-wall Marmoleum floor covering used throughout the trailer.
