Holding Tank Probes

I am adding a gray water tank to a 1970 Overlander International. Is it possible to install level probes in this new tank and read the levels with the existing control panel. I thought I could use a three pole toggle to switch between tanks. Thanks

I'm sure it's possible. Just need to get the probe access point fabricated, mounted and connected.

Perhaps you have better luck with tank sensors than I do, but, considering how unreliable they seem to be, do you really want to expend that much effort for something that works so poorly?

That's a good point. Either system could be installed. I would think the current system Airstream uses would also be easier to install compared to the old sensor types.

I will say however, that I had no problems at all with the older system that was placed in my '03. I suppose that could be due in part (besides luck) to me flushing the heck out of the tanks.

you don't suppose it could be due to the fact that your "old" trailer was never (and still isn't) "old"???
