Help replacing black water valve on Streamline

Has anybody here ever seen or heard of a Saniware black water valve?

Ours is leaking a little and given it's condition and the fact I haven't found much about them I assume I can't rebuild it, so I need to replace it. I know I need to open up this area to get a better look, but before I do I'm wondering if anybody has been down this road before.

Thanks!
Ian

Of course I can't find the photo now, but there is a copy here:
