Thumbs up Getting to the Guts

What's the best way to raise the Bambi 16' to get access to the drainage lines underneath.

Why would you have to raise it 16'?

I'm sure someone will have a non-smart-a$$ answer to your question.

How about raising the 16' Bambi model just high enough to get easy access to the underside.

The first method is to use the tongue jack to see-saw the trailer to raise the front or rear depending upon what you want to do.

The second method is a ramp. This can be out of blocks sequentially stacked. Sometimes the car ramps will fit as well and they are a bit more stable.

If you use one of these methods, make very sure that you have wheel chocks in place and the trailer is securely in place.

If these methods don't get you enough lift, you will need a hoist. This should lift the wheels. If you can't hoist the wheels, then you need to be very careful about jack placement and frame support.

2 X 12's, all different lengths, cut at a 45 bevel and staggered.

The "rearmost" section is fabricated out of 2 X 12's and 1/2" plywood nailed together.
