eliminating the black water tank

Has anyone had any success bypassing the balck water tank and running directly into a septic system? I have a 1976 Overlander on my building site and have recently had to take out the black water tank due to leaks. The replacement is expensive, so I am curious about the option of eliminating it. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Dennis
